چکیده
The strains of nodule bacteria differ greatly in their symbiotic properties and efficiency nitrogen fixation therefore, the selection highly effective is great importance when attempting to achieve a successful pre-sowing inoculation common bean. aim this study was determine nodulation ability indigenous rhizobial evaluate compatibility efficacy with two bean cultivars. A two-factorial pot experiment (12 cultivars) set up greenhouse. In full blossom phase, dry biomass, shoot weight N content determined. research revealed significant differences depending on strain reference examined cultivars also observed. cultivar Tresnjevac significantly better than Slavonski zeleni all measured parameters. results that considerable efficiency. highest biomass determined HO12 applied, MB1 DE7. application DE7 shoot. indicate these nodulating are characterized by could be used for after testing field scale experiment.

Genetic Diversity and Symbiotic Efficiency of Indigenous Common Bean Rhizobia in Croatia.
Nodule bacteria (rhizobia) in symbiotic associations with legumes enable considerable entries of biologically fixed nitrogen into soil. Efforts are therefore made to intensify the natural process of symbiotic nitrogen fixation by legume inoculation. Studies of field populations of rhizobia open up the possibility to preserve and probably exploit some indigenous strains with hidden symbiotic or ...
متن کاملSymbiotic Efficiency of Native Rhizobia Nodulating Common Bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) in Soils of Western Kenya
This study was conducted to determine the abundance and symbiotic efficiency of native rhizobia nodulating common bean in Kisumu and Kakamega, Kenya. Soil sampling was carried out in three farms that had been used for growing common bean for at least two seasons and one fallow land with no known history of growing common bean or inoculation. Abundance of soil rhizobia and symbiotic efficiency (...
متن کاملGenetic Diversity and Symbiotic Efficiency of Nodulating Rhizobia Isolated from Root Nodules of Faba Bean in One Field
Thirty-one nodulating rhizobium strains were collected from root nodules of spring and winter type faba bean cultivars grown in micro ecoarea, i.e. the same field in Chengdu plain, China. The symbiotic efficiency and phylogeny of these strains were studied. Effectively nitrogen fixing strains were isolated from both winter type and spring type cultivars. Based on phylogenetic analysis of 16S rR...
متن کامل[Symbiotic efficiency and genetic diversity of the rhizobia isolated from Leucaena leucocephala in Liangshan Prefecture].
OBJECTIVE We analyzed the symbiotic efficiency and genetic diversity of rhizobia isolated from Leucaena leucocephala in Liangshan Prefecture of SichuanProvince. METHODS We studied genetic diversity of these isolates with 16S rRNA RFLP, BOX-PCR and AFLP fingerprinting, and constructed phylogenetic tree based on the concatenated sequences of the four housekeeping genes 16S rRNA, recA, atpD and ...
متن کاملGenetic diversity of indigenous common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) rhizobia from the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil
We characterized indigenous common bean rhizobia from five districts of the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The isolates were trapped by two common bean varieties, the Mineiro Precoce (Andean origin) and Ouro Negro (Mesoamerican origin). Analysis by BOX-PCR of selected isolates detected a high level of genetic diversity.
